Mental Health First Aider (MHFA)
What to expect
We restrict numbers to 16 people per workshop so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn. The workshops comprise of presentations, group discussions and other activities. You will receive a MHFA manual to keep and refer to throughout the course and in the future.
Our workshops can be delivered online, in the working environment or at other designated locations.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) -
4 x 3.5 hour workshops (Online).
Was £300 now £225 per attendee.
Through pre-learning on our interactive platform and our delivered course materials, attendees will qualify as an Adult MHFA on completion of the workshop.
Attend a MHFA full package workshop and have the ability to:
Spot the early signs of a mental health problems
Feel confident helping someone experiencing a mental ill health issue
Help prevent someone from hurting themselves or others
Help stop a mental illness from getting worse
Help someone recover faster
Guide someone towards the right support
Reduce the stigma of mental health problems
Access to the MHFAider Support App® for three years
Once you complete the Mental Health First Aid course, you can test your knowledge and build your confidence in your role as an MHFAider® with the internationally recognised MHFAider® qualification, RSPH Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid.
MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS -
2 x 2 hour workshop (Online).

Our 2 x 2 hour workshops will give attendees an awareness of mental health.
Attendees will gain the ability to:
Understand what mental health is and how to challenge stigma
Gain a basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
Look after their own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
Have confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental ill health issue
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) -
Two day workshop (In-house)
Was £325 now £275 per attendee.
Our two-day mental health understanding and competences workshop allows attendees to be a qualified Adult MHFA.
Attend a MHFA full package workshop and have the ability to:
